Tupac Sex Tape Bidding War, Legal Woes
A sex tape starring legendary rapper Tupac Shakur apparently surfaced online not long after the anniversary of his death. TMZ reports that it was shot in 1991 and depicts a groupie performing oral sex on him at a party.
2Pac, quite the pro at 20 years-old, is sipping a cocktail, singing, and giving his friend Money B (Digital Underground) a hug whilst being fellated. Pictures have surfaced from the tape, though they are quite blurry. Porn companies (such as YouPorn) are already starting a mass bidding war.
The owner of the tape, who remains anonymous, has reportedly turned down offers of $150,000, calling them ‘much too low.’ Shakur’s mother Afeni is infuriated and looking to sue anyone who attempts to make a profit off it…
A rep for the estate said, “We will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape. Only the estate has the power to authorize the use of Tupac’s image for commercial use, and there’s NO WAY the sex tape will ever get the proper approval.”
Her team is trying to pinpoint the seller of the tape by identifying the people in it, because logically it is most likely one of them. Good luck with that, shit is blurrier than a Girls Gone Wild special on NBC.
