Videos: Drake’s “Take Care” Feat. Rihanna And Nicki Minaj’s “Beez In The Trap”
This is rare, but yesterday three of the biggest names in rap/hip-hop/R&B were involved in music videos. (Only Jay-Z, Beyonce, Lil’ Wayne and Kanye are absent)
Drake and Rihanna for “Take Care” and Nicki Minaj for “Beez In The Trap” featuring 2 Chainz, whoever that is. “Take Care” shows Drake, throwing his arms around while Rihanna stares at the ceiling. Oh and there’s a cow, a bird and a mountain too.
“Beez In The Trap” has Nicki rapping about how she knows everything and is the best. At the 3:00 minute mark Nicki puts her hand on a lady with a bigger a$$ than her. So there’s that to look forward to.
When choosing a single, I’m fairly sure that her and Lil’ Wayne just throw the song titles in a hat and pick one at random. She performed “Roman Holiday” at the Grammys but made “Starships” a single instead. On April 3 she told MTV,
“You’re getting two videos: You’re getting the ‘Starships’ video, which I’m hoping it will hurry up and happen. I actually finished the editing for ‘Beez in the Trap,’ which features 2 Chainz…I love that video.”
