Sofia Vergara’s Ass Fell Out At The Emmys

This year’s Emmys were pretty boring. Mad Men and Girls were snubbed while Modern Family won five statues.

HBO’s Game Change, starring Julianne Moore as Sara Palin, took home four.

In dress news Claire Danes wore a bag (because she’s pregnant), and Lucy Liu wore Versace armor but the biggest, least boring thing to happen was Sofia Vergara‘s behind-the-scenes wardrobe malfunction.

“Yes!!!! This happend 20 min before we won!!!! Jajajajja. I luv my life!!!!” Vergara wrote on WhoSay with an accompanying photo of her ripped green dress, then another of an “emergency team” frantically pinning it together.  Continue reading “Sofia Vergara’s Ass Fell Out At The Emmys”

‘Girls,’ ‘Game Of Thrones,’ ‘Degrassi’ And ‘American Horror Story’ Among Emmy Nominees

Lena Dunham and her highly-criticized (hilariously random and painfully awkward) HBO comedy Girls are nominated for three Emmys this year for directing, Comedy Actress and Comedy Series.

Other personal favorites include Supporting Drama Actor Peter Dinklage who won for his portrayal of Tyrion “The Imp” Lannister in 2011, Breaking Bad‘s Bryan Cranston, The Voice (Reality Competition Program), Degrassi (Children’s Program), and Seth Green’s Robot Chicken.

Jimmy Fallon, whose gig as Late Night show host has been on since 2009, earned a nod for Outstanding Variety and Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for SNL (along with Melissa McCarthy and Maya Rudolph).  Continue reading “‘Girls,’ ‘Game Of Thrones,’ ‘Degrassi’ And ‘American Horror Story’ Among Emmy Nominees”

The Emmys air a day before Sheen’s Comedy Central roast, and will be hosted by Jane Lynch, the funniest skeleton you ever did see.

Here’s who I want to win:

Game Of Thrones or Friday Night Lights for Outstanding Drama Series. Late Night With Jimmy Fallon for Outstanding Variety Series. Degrassi for Outstanding Children’s Program…
